the _s.xls - gave a error server encountered an internal error
the _s.xlsx gave an error maximum capacity
I need these loaded so I can move on with OE - thank you

This is similar as WT-4845. Due to service, file is getting removed from C :\temp directory and throwing server error on importing file.

First error was invalid format. So, i converted file to .xls and .xlsx. For both of these files, there is server error. The file is getting deleted from C:\temp path. I guess it is security issue. Please check this further.

Hi peggy fiedler,
This issue is covered under JIRA WT-4586. Currently this is on LB tomorrow it will be deployed on stage.
We also go through the file that you send we found that the Rate and SubRate having "&" in their Names,
once the issue get fixed and if you want to import the rates to system you need to change the names of rate which contains "&" because excel can not able to import the rates with "&" in it.
This is the behavior of rate import functionality.
As this is technical difficulty and "&" is used internally during import processing so once patch get deployed you can use AND instead of "&" before importing rates and we will restrict "&" trough UI once we done with these.
