3C's for this issues are as follows

Concern Act Report and View History was not working
Cause OES_UDF_GetDescriptionForWaivedEnrollment UDF was missing on stage.
Correction OES_UDF_GetDescriptionForWaivedEnrollment UDF is added on stage.

Mandar Kulkarni I provided you the people, it will show you what rates they are supposed to get. the rates are right in the system but not for those people.

Hi all - there are three items for Del Norte that need to be addressed on priority please as they need to finish up their testing so we can move them and can't do so with the current issues.

1. Server errors when looking at view history or checking confirmation statements.

2. Confirmation statements having incorrect future effective dates, some dates are 2/1/2016 or 2/1/2017 2/29/2016

3. Rates for ee 5% of salary and also retirees over or under any years of service (please see exampled names in the ticket) or not showing accurately per the rates in the system.

Could you please check for the cause of below two points(2 & 3) :

• I have checked the future enrollment summary shows the current year dates and are displaying in current as well as in future enrolments : EE - Joseph

• Employee is not getting the correct rate, checked for EE - Glenn Anderson.

the attached spreadsheet of rates that are correct and rates that are wrong.

I also explained that
ACTIVE rate - is 5% of the employees salary + rate in the system for more than ee tier
RETIREES are just the rates in the system and they are not working for some of the retirees
We also added EE+3 tiers in the system on Friday ALL 2017 rates need to be recalculated.

Below are things needs to be done :
1. Rate recalculation. Below given are incorrect rates. It seems they never got correct rates.
2. Not able to fetch enrollment report correctly.
3. Their OE is starting 10/17. But they are currently testing in stage for OE.
