Prerequisite -
ADP export template is created
under ADP export template, Coverage sub template is added in ADP template
added reason for waiver code field is added and this field is mapped with enrollment enrolled plan name
Data transformation is done and blanked out all plan names but for Opt Out added 06 code

Steps
Log in to LB/ Stage
search and select Valmet from LB or HSPL copy of valmet from stage
go to manual import/ export
Select Export option
select "BSG ADP waive fixed length" template
click on export, download exported file and observe the reason for waiver code

actual result - it shows values for waiver code as | | instead of ||
expected result - Reason for waiver code should show || (no space between pipe)
