I need PSMC looked at ASAP in Stage. We have the employee census from the Client and wanted to at least load the Employee census to do all check outs in Stage prior to moving this account up into Production.

We ran into the same issue we had when first loading Symphony. This group is only 504 lives. We imported as Asynchronous to ensure any eligibility checks etc. ran to successfully load the people and we have the ghost record issue again. The file didn’t load fully or completely (e.g. salary doesn’t appear to have loaded on records).

We also can’t see these people in the search page but some are accessible via the reporting (361 of the 504). We need all employee records deleted with exception of those with the last name test to allow us to re-load.

Also, we need root cause as to why we continue to see these issues and what we should be doing differently as we really thought Asynchronous was the way to go across the board.
