Existing functionality for adding sequence number to questionnaire are as follow.

Questionnaire page first section display the matrix question in table format .
where we have not given sequence number to question.
For rest question we follow the sequence number to them.
from 1,2 and so on.

Please find attached screen shot

Please let us know what changes need to do for this sequence exactly.

We can give sequence number from matrix question as 1 ,2 and continue for normal question with next sequence number.

Verified on LB using company ASML. During employee exchange flow, In Questionnaire, if next-back button selected, question numbering on page changes. PFA screen shots.

Verified on City of lake worth. Above issue is not yet resolved. After navigating in questionnaire using Next-Back button the question numbering in grid disappears Plus out side grid, the number sequence goes wrong. PFA screen shots. QA-1.png,QA-2.png,QA-3.png

As per the scenario you mentioned it is very rare, to go foreword and backward more than 5 to 6 times and it is also not constant.
Please verify this patch by foreword and backward by complete question type.

Hi Rajendra Joshi,

There was problem in different load timing of question.
So I have handled this with wait time to load the sequence number.
After loading the page, It takes few milisecond to load sequence to question.
Check in done on LB. After LB patch you can verify this.
