Most of the changes for this enhancement are done.(BusinessLogic ,UI related etc.)
The Unit Testing for Exchange Workflow Scenario ,Verbiage discussion and Code Review is remaining.This enhancement is in progress and will be deployed on LB by Tuesday 25 October 2016.

During Unit Testing of Exchange Workflow of the Employee,we found that this enhancement was done by Vinod Patil for the Ticket #13136 Premier Consulting Exchange - HSA Description and Messaging concern

Tested the same on Stage and verified.The System Message and Pop Up display both are working for Recommend Plans and Select Your Plans.Please find the screen shorts for the same:

1)For Employee Recommend Plan

2)For Employee Select Your Plan

3)For Company Admin Recommend Plan

4)For Company Admin Select Your Plan

The only issue found was ,the Pop Up name for Recommend Plan shows as Select Your Plans (highlighted in Screen Shorts).

We are working on this and will update on this by tomorrow

We have completed the Script to insert entry in the ClasswiseFormatMemeberMessages to add system message in Recommend Plans and Select Your Plans.
Please find the sample script below:

Also we have made code changes to fetch class wise system messages for Recommend Plans and Select Your Plans .
The UI related changes to insert entry in ClasswiseFormatMemeberMessages table are not done as of now.Keeping this enhancement on hold .

Hello,

Some Scenarios:

1] If there are 2 system messages with same class and status for employees then it will display the first one.

2]On recommend plan and Select your own plan pages, it will show only that system message which is saved for these 2 pages respectively.
i.e. It will not shoe any enroll plan for e.g. Medical system message.

3] If any employee is not eligible for any plan or beneficiary then

1) On selecting recommended plan page : After filling questionnaire it may show server error.
2) On selecting select your own plan page: It may show server error.
For this issue new jira ticket WT-7731 is created.

Company: Five Guys and City of lake worth

System Message for Company Admin and Employee login

Scenarios covered for both Recommended and Select your plans both:

1. For All classes
2. For All classes with None and without Display Popup select
3. For selected Classes
4. For selected Classes with None and without Display Popup select

All scenarios worked as expected so moving jira on Stage.

As the issue of saving was only restricted till LB and not further closing jira on LB itself. The Save issue is handled in jira WT-7765. So, clsoed mentioned jira on LB itself.

Environment: Stage
Company: Five Guys for Hspl
Login: Partner, Employee and CA

The enhancement is verified on Stage and it is showing message as expected.

1. Message saved for All Class
2. Message saved for Selected class
3. Message saved for All Class without Popup and None selected
4. Message saved for Selected class without popup
5. System message is considered when Benefit type has message
6. If already exiting message is present for Employee then for all classes message is considered

As above mentioned scenarios worked as expected. Moving jira on Production.

Environment: Production
Company: EBS for exchange for Hspl
Login: Partner, Employee and CA

The enhancement is verified on Production and it is showing message as expected.

1. Message saved for All Class
2. Message saved for Selected class
3. Message saved for All Class without Popup and None selected
4. Message saved for Selected class without popup
5. System message is considered when Benefit type has message
6. If already exiting message is present for Employee then for all classes message is considered

Working fine as expected so closing the ticket
