Tested this on Production on ASML for Hspl company.

Above mentioned scenario working fine. Now if any template information is available in already created templates then system does not allow the new template to be generated.

This does not work in below case [tested on LB] -

• say company has 3 classes A B and C
• for admin one and two I select class C value as None on 'Admin User screen'
• hence admin one and admin two now do not see the class C while creating invoice template
• admin one logs in and creates template for all employees - all plans for provider say CIGNA - saves
• admin two logs in and creates template for all employees - only one plan out of all plans from CIGNA - saves
• both templates above got created and saved
• ideally as admin two template information is already available in admin one template - system should have restricted for admin two template for getting created
