      • Remove "Plan Enrollment Start Date" from ACA Customization page.
      • Add "Conditional offer" drop-down in ACA Customization page.
      • Remove "Apply 2015 transition relief" option from 1095C reports.

            We have verified above changes on the Customization screen on Prod and Stage company [For ACA BSGTest ACA Automation].
            1.There is no Plan enrollment Start Date on ACA customization screen.
            2.Conditional offer drop down displayed on ACA customization screen.
            3.Checked 'Apply 'transition relief' option is removed from the screen.
