Exporting date: 25th Oct 2016 condition is not satisfying
Verified on LB, working fine.
Now employee "Darryl Haag" on Valmet QA copy is fetched on change file of FEB.

CONCERN :
After exported enrollments data is not coming on change file.
CAUSE :
Datetimestamp of the employee is 2016-05-06 14:03:07.030
Exporting date: 25th Oct 2016 condition is not satisfying
CORRECTION :
Set condition such that effective date of coverages are satisfying with from and to date range.
