      Description

      Server error is displayed on click of "Initiate Background Check" button.
      Test Users
      secureadmin
      securepartner

      Replication Steps:
      1. Login as Admin/Partner
      2. Go to Employee Administration
      3. Click on Employee Background Check.
      4. Check for the error displayed.

      This functionality was working fine yesterday on LB

          This error was due to an exception getting returned from client service on submission of candidate request. Please check and confirm that this is resolved.
