      Description

      Server error is displayed on click of "Initiate Background Check" button.
      Test Users

      Replication Steps:
      1. Login as Admin/Partner
      2. Go to Employee Administration
      3. Click on Employee Background Check.
      4. Check for the error displayed.

      This functionality was working fine yesterday on LB
