We run "2016 1095C for Redding ACTIVE" and "2016 1095C for Redding RETIREE" reports on redding production.
Please refer latest run from both reports.

Out of above mentioned 20EE's, 12 EE's are not in any of the 1095C reports. Below is the list of 10EEs who are not in 1095C reports.
These EEs are not in PDF because their class 2 is "Part Time - 990" and this class is not selected on any of the eligibility rule selected on "2016 1095C for Redding ACTIVE" and "2016 1095C for Redding RETIREE" reports. Please select "Part Time - 990" class on any one eligibility rule used on these 2 reports.

This Class is also not available for selecting $164 cost on line 16 of 1095-C report.

Hi - why is Bernard Shaw showing a 1G for all 12 months? He was hired on 5.2.16 and terminated 10.28.16. I do not know if he is the only one but please verify the rest of the run for this group are correct.

We have verified all the employees who are getting 1G on 1095C PDF, and codes are correct for all the employees including "Bernard Shaw", As all these employees Employment Type is either Part-Time or Temporary.

Also "MARGERY J STOCKWELL" employee got 1G on 1095C PDF as she is Retired with effective date 12/31/2015 and then terminated with effective date 05/19/2016.

Hi all - I have a call with Shawn tomorrow at 8 AM my time so really need to figure this out tonight if at all possible. There are roughly 20 or so employees that are in the part time classes that need to be added to the 1095C run. I couldn't figure out a way to do this so I've just created the run with those individuals (listed in the additional criteria under social). I know I can continue down this path but how would we put them together for the IRS? Is there another way for me to accomplish this?

We have changed the additional eligibility criteria for "2016 1095C for Redding ACTIVE" for combining required part time employees and active employees and Rerun reports.
Similarly we have changed eligibility rule on EIN Class mapping rule screen also.
Eligibility rule used is "1095C Active And PT".

Please refer latest run, steps to down reports are as follows.

1.Login to Production with Partner.
2.Edit company City of Redding For Hspl.
3.Navigate to "Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report".
4.Edit Report "2016 1095C for Redding ACTIVE"
5.Click on Show Runs and wait till "ACA Report Finalization" pop up to open.
6.Download zip folder for latest RUN by clicking on Download link.

CHRIS T LIAPIS : He was terminated in the year 2015 and had no benefits in 2016.As he neither present in the company for the year 2016 nor he had benefits,1095C form is not generated for this employee.

KEVIN D TACKETT : This EE is hired on 03/14/2016,but he is terminated with backdate(06/19/2015).

As per the employee data,this employee is not present in the company for 2016 and had no benefits in 2016.So,1095C form is not generated for this employee.
