        We have run "2016 1095C for Santa Rosa" report. Please refer latest run for verification.
        We observed that most of the plans are not marked as Minimum value. Please verify the customization.

        Note: Plans that are not marked as Minimum value will reflect the 1F code on 1095C report.
        Also as per IRS guidelines, Void Box is not to be marked.

        Note: I have added additional EIN with eligibility rule as "All status" as this rule was selected on 1095C report.
