EIN is not mapped for the eligibility rule used in these report.So in 1095C report,Employer name and EIN will display details present in Company Information. Please change EIN's rule from EIN Classes mapping tab in ACA Customization and also please verify the contact person.Reports will be run after this change.

Please verify the new rules set to 2016 reports because as per 2015 reports eligible employees for Select Staff is around 200 and eligible employees for EmployBridge is around 3000.
Now as per new rules, eligible employees for Select Staff is around 3200 and eligible employees for EmployBridge is around 1,34,800.

Now as per new rules for 2016 reports, eligible employees for Select Staff is around 3200 and eligible employees for EmployBridge is around 1,34,800.
Please verify both rules with 2015 report rules.

We queried on how many employees are enrolled in medical benefit type and the result was around 5500.

Please note that it will require much more time to furnish 1,34,800 pdf's.Let us know whether 5500 pdf's are to be furnished or 1,34,800 pdf's.

Please confirm that how many employees need to be processed under this company for 1095 c report. Current customization is processing 1,34,800 employees

Hi all - I'm still not sure what number 1,34,800 represents? Is that supposed to be 134,800? Per the client, all classes are eligible and they all fall under one EIN this year - Employbridge Holding Company, ID# is 272269356. Please update and let me know how we can best run the forms for this client.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

As per the report customization for EB, 134,800 employees are eligible.
Currently our system cannot process 134,800 employees in one report.So we are dividing these employees into group of 10,000 employees and processing them in separate reports. i.e there will be around 14 1095C reports each containing approx. 10,000 employees.
We will require 2 to 3 days to furnish all 134,800 pdf's. We will start furnishing these reports tomorrow(12/7/2016).
Around 2 reports will be available to you for verification tomorrow.

2016 1095C EB for 3
2016 1095C EB for 4

We have furnished these reports as per existing ACA customization on this company.

Please download latest run for verification.
Steps to download reports are as follows

Steps to download latest RUN are as follows
1.Login to Production with Partner.
2.Edit company Austin.
3.Navigate to "Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> IRS Report".
4.Edit Reports.
5.Click on Show Runs and wait till "ACA Report Finalization" pop up to open.
6.Download zip folder for latest RUN by clicking on Download link.

EmployBridge. The 2016 1095C reports have bee finalized.
when looking in the system for a specific EE, the error in the attached screen shot appears.

1095C report has not been finalized.

As per system implementation, system will display the report for employees which are in finalized run. Actually "Audrey F Starks" is not in current finalized run. To see this empoyee's 1095-C at employee level. We need to change finalized run.

Please finalize run dated on "01/19/2017" and it will be available at employee level.

There is no seperate need to finalize "2016 1095C for Select Staffing" run .
As same PDF is generated in "2016 1095C for Select Staffing" report.
