        We have changed the From date as "01/01/2016" and To date as "12/31/2016" of "Alecto Healthcare St. Rose 1095c" report in Alecto Healthcare Company
        We have run this report. Please refer latest run for verification.

        We have used existing ACA Customization for this run.Please verify the same on this company and please make changes on this screen if necessary,so that the report can be re-run with latest customization.
        Also verify the Eligibility rules on 1095C report.

        Hello Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,

        Employee Sheryl Spurr has a 1095 form showing codes in all months. She was termed 11/21 so there should not be any offer of coverage in December.

        It is correct in Workterra. Please make sure the form is correct.
