1.Login to LB with Partner.
2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'.
3.Navigate to Home>>Company Home>>BenAdmin Home>>BenAdmin Company Home>>ACA>>ACA Customization>>ACA 1095-C Acknowledgement.
4.Select finalize RUN for which already customization is added.[Used 1095-C Code J]
5.Click on link for Download Zip folder.
Actual: After clicking link nothing happens.
Expected:Zip folder should get download.

We have verified above mentioned issue on Stage[ACA customization].
Its working fine.
Currently Workterra system is giving message as, "File not available to download".
Now user is getting some message when he tries to download the file.

Now user is getting some message when he tries to download the file.
Fix is ready for stage but we will move this patch to stage with enhancement Jira WT-2631

Fix is ready for stage but we will move this patch to stage with enhancement Jira WT-2631 User is not able to understand what is happening after clicking download. We need to provide a proper message.As we haven't changed this before, marking this Jira as change request.

As per discussion change this JIRA as change request and also set the priority accordingly.
We have verified above mentioned issue on Production [For ACA BSG Test ACAAutomation].
Tested scenarios are as follows.
System is displaying message as "File not available to download." on clicking Download Consolidated Zip File.
System is displaying message as "File not available to download." on clicking Download Zip File.
Fixed is working fine hence closing ticket.
