Hi all - is there anyway to run the 1095C reports with different amounts for different classes? Please see below request from Irvine.

Is there any way for you to rerun the batch with the following corrections and send us the new batch?

· Correct Lowest cost plan amounts

$134.12 for EPT

$1.92 for FT

· Correct issue for 12-month EPT employees who are currently showing 2H in line 16 for Jan through May only and should be showing 2H for all 12 months

· Eliminate statements for all 12-month PT division employees (excepting David Cardon and Nikki Lovenduski)

Reviewing a batch with those corrections made would largely eliminate general group problems and allow us to focus on any other outstanding issues that will likely be more employee specific and make it easier to complete the error spreadsheet.

Lowest Cost Amounts
We need to do additional coding to handle class wise cost requests.

We need information in below format for class wise cost requests

Please provide exact classes which are to be considered under FT and EPT.

EPT employees
We observed that for some employees rate type is set from June but Current rate is not set,so safe harbor cost is coming up as 0.Hence, 2H is not displayed.

When rate type is set,we consider current rate for rate of pay calculation.If Rate type is not set then we consider gross annual salary.

Please set current rate for such employees or should gross annual salary be considered in case where rate type is given but current rate is not given?

PT Employees:
Statements are generated as per eligibility rule set on 1095C report. Please select specific class and criteria for which reports are to be generated.

If we eliminate PT class what happens if EE was FT Jan-March and PT Apr-Dec?

We check the eligibility of an employee for every month as per the eligibility rule.So if PT is eliminated in eligibility rule and EE was FT from Jan-March ,then EE will come up in report as he was FT and appropriate codes will be displayed for those months.

Please select specific class and criteria for which reports are to be generated.

We did additional coding for setting lowest cost amounts as per classes for this company.
