Now ELIG, OFFR and COVG elemtns mandatory data is coming properly.

below three employee missing mandatory fields data for ELIG, OFFR, COVG, As last exported date was 21-OCT-2016 and enrollment changed by raising QE date before exported date i.e. either 18/02/13-OCT-2016.

Concern:
Blank Offer Element populated , Blank Eligibility Element populated but covg element is populated as employees are enrolled in Medical Opt-Out plan.
Cause :
Blank Eligibility element : Medical Opt-Out Plan is not an ACA Plan.
Blank Offer element : Only populated the events which are related to ACA Plans.
Correction:
As per discussion with Nandkumar & Export Team Members,
1. To populate the events on file, removal the check of IsACAPlans and refer the selected plans from the template customization.-(Implementation is needed)
2. ELIG element line should not be populated in case of required field value is not present
(Implementation is needed)-Discarded this implementation by discussion with Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar as results are reflecting on the files by implementing the point no-1 functionality.
