Analysis of Issue and found the cause as below for EmployeeID -671..
Concern: Event Data & Eligibility Data not reflected on the file.
Cause : Event Data will capture only those records whose enrollment datetimestamp is greater than last full exported date.
So Last full file export date is ..2016-10-21 04:43:44.000
And Enrollment Date TimeStamp is..2016-10-02 01:08:09.517
Expected datetimestamp must be greater than Last exported date i.e. .2016-10-21 04:43:44.000 but actually its not like that. This is incorrect data

Analysis

Ref : EmployeeID 899,715

Concern:
Blank Offer Element populated , Blank Eligibility Element populated but covg element is populated as employees are enrolled in Medical Opt-Out plan.

Cause :
Blank Eligibility element : Medical Opt-Out Plan is not an ACA Plan.

Blank Offer element : Only populated the events which are related to ACA Plans.

Correction:
As per discussion with Nandkumar & Export Team Members,
1. To populate the events on file, removal the check of IsACAPlans and refer the selected plans from the template customization.-(Implementation is needed)
2. ELIG element line should not be populated in case of required field value is not present

production issue tracing the issue on all servers

Export Error Causing Analysis.
Found issue on Valmet Company while exporting & find out the root cause issue.
Due to bad data export reporting an error.

Whoes employee id is not exist in demographic table that ids are present in Ratechange log table.
