Please recalculate rates for the 2017 Medical Kaiser Gold 80 HMO 0/35 as I had to build a new plan. Also, client is stating that dependent rates are not showing for this plan. I didn't reset anything for these rates and they look correct.

There are no enrollments in '2017 Medical Kaiser Gold 80 HMO 0/35' plan. So there is no need of recalculation for this plan.
we found a rate with same name, we have re-calculated it.
we did not understood the second point about dependent rate. Could you please elaborate more on this?

Jaideep Vinchurkar The Kaiser rates are not showing when the client is adding dependents. See screen shot they provided. I also tried it and do not see rates showing when the child is added. Thank you.

We have checked the rate for medical plan. It is a age banded health rate. For age banded health rates, it is not working if the same rate is having age bands for employee and child. You have to create different sub rates for employee, child and spouse.

Can you clone these rates twice for me so we can move forward quickly? I am unable to clone the age banded rates. Jenni has asked if this can be done because we are low on help.

I also need the plan effective dates change from 1/1/17-12/31/17 to 11/1/16-10/31/17.

Rate name: 2017 Medical Kaiser Gold 80 HMO 0/35
When this is clonned the 88 age band are not getting clonned. They want it to be done for OE setup.

For HEALTH benefit template, age band rates are not working in our system.
for this we also have JIRA WT-560.

After resolving the cloning issue also there are many issues in the system so it is better to schedule this enhancement as early as possible.
As discussed with Amruta Lohiya even we have work around for this issue but it is very complicated to configure this customization in rate matrix table with additional eligibility.
There are Employee Age band: 42
Spouse Age Band : 42
Child Age Band: 4
So we need to create (4*42*42) 7056 sub rates which is really impossible.
So we need to do this enhancement.

Please let us know about this.

We have fixed cloning functionality of age banded rates.
SP changes are given on local environment and It will go forward according to patch process after QA verification.
We have also explicitly executed the same SP on Sonoma Academy on stage, so cloning functionality will work on this company for company set up on stage.

However, There are some bug in existing design of the age banded medical rates.

As per discussion with Amruta Lohiya , we will discuss more on this on call.

That is 8:30pm tonight my time, correct? The client is looking for a solution today so I am hoping you can answer some questions for me. I don't see a way to create sub rates under these rates and don't really have a need to clone the rate right now. Do I need to move forward advising the client the that any time they add a child the rate will reflect $.00 until this is fixed? If they approve UAT is it possible that this will be fixed before OE in production?

It is bit difficult to fix all issues related to age banded medical rates within short time period, because we need to change whole design of this page, hence ETA for this enhancement was proposed with almost 30days.
Now in the system if employees are enrolling with child then cost will reflect $0.00.
