Replication steps:
1. Login with Admin User.
2. Go to test company -> BenAdmin.
3. Click on 'customizer' -> 'Benefits library' -> Plan design mapping' ->'Plan design health tier mapping'.
4. Select plan design
5. Click on Add plan button
6..Enter Max length text/character in Mapping name
7..Select start date and End date
8. Enter max length data with spaces in between for Policy number,Spouse policy number,child policy number
9.Select Demographic Eligibility rule
10.Click on save
11.Check for server error displayed.

Expected Result: Max Length validation should be applied in Mapping Name and Policy Number fields of Mapping Details in Plan design health mapping page.

Actual Result:
Max Length validation is not applied in Mapping Name and Policy Number fields of Mapping Details in Plan design health mapping page.
