Concern: Quick Search is not get clear after clicked in search box
Cause: was provided value instead of placeholder
Correction: Removed placeholder and textbox value and kept empty textbox

Description: This changes was completed at local environment but not merged on LB environment

Affetcted Areas: Global Reports Edit or Create screen

Affected Files: WT-129 Modified files

Tested Scenarios:
1. Checked that textbox of quick search box is empty or not.

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB.
Its working fine,

Tested scenarios are as follows.
1. Quick search box is empty.
2.Save Functionality of report
3.Preview Functionality.

It will get deployed to next level with jira WT-129

Marking stage & production due dates in sync with main enhancement

Verified this issue for Stage Environment , it is working as expected.

As discussed with Prasanna Karlekar and [~parmeshwar.jumbade] , All Enhancement WT-129, WT-9377 and WT-9223 move at same time on Production. So, We will move all enhancement on 09/19/2017
