3.Navigate to Reports > Standard Reports > Add New > Select 1094 C from list
4.Check any company , reports get populated in Select report
5.Drag and drop any report to Transmittal For -

Authoritative Transmittal For - For QA LB ACA Test-1094 C- 13 Jan 16
6.Clicked on Preview it generate 1094 C global

Actual- Incorrect Total number of Forms 1095-C filed by and/or on behalf of ALE Member , also Certifications of Eligibility (select all that apply) does not selected
