Regarding 'Liberty ACA Questions / CHanges', We have verified employees from LPC eligibility class and updated Harbinger comments in excel.
PFA "Copy of COPY LPC ACA1095C 02 17 16.xls" file. File is password protected and having same password.All issues were data related. System is generating reports as per the data. Please refer latest to download the reports for LPC.

It seems for LIB eligibility's standard population, there must be some data related issues.
If we need to override data for LIB eligibility's standard population data, then please provide more details on same.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

These are our observations for below mentioned employees are as follows

1.JESSICA L BAIRD
Employee's class 4 is '8211' and is newly added in class 4 category on 2016-06-24 which was changed from 8212.As this class is not selected in any eligibility rules, from month of July 1H & 2 A is reflecting on 1095-C report.Once these classes will get selected properly on eligibility criteria, correct codes will get appear on 1095-C report.

2.GRETCHEN BRITT
Employee's current class 4 is '6082' and is newly added in class 4 category on 2016-06-24 which was changed from '6081'.As this newly added class is not selected in any eligibility rules, from month of July 1H & 2A is reflecting on 1095-C report.Once these classes will get selected properly on eligibility criteria, correct codes will get appear on 1095-C report

All - there seems to be some issues on these forms. For example - Gretchen Britt has Medical for all 12 months but on the 1095C form, she is showing with coverage half of the year and then a 1H / 2A for the second part of the year. Same is true of Jessica Baird.

"ACA Parameters" customization was not saved on this company. Now we have saved "ACA Parameters" page and re-run 1095C reports.
