Replication Steps:
1. Login with Partner Admin
2. Go to test company
3. Go to BenAdmin
4. Click on Form Builder
5. Search for Add Employee form / Payroll Form
6. Go to Page Field Configuration tab.
7. For Currency Type drop down set the Page field Configuration as "User Specific Rights" to Admin user.
User specific rights can be one of "View Only / Editable / No Rights / Required"
8. Login with Company Admin and Check if the Currency Type as per the rights assigned on Add Employee/Payroll page

Expected Result:
Currency Type field should be should be accessible or inaccessible as per the configurations made on Add Employee / Payroll Page through 'User Specific Rights'.

Actual Result:
Currency Type field is not getting configured as per the configurations made on Add Employee / Payroll Page through 'User Specific Rights'.
Currency type field is always in editable state irrespective of its configured state as "View Only / Editable / No Rights / Required"
