Earlier we were updating plandesignID with one of the plan selected on the export template.
Now we will update plan which is eligible for that employee and selected on the export template.
We have verified above mentioned enhancement while delivering Tango file specification on ACA Automation Stage Company. So no separate testing will be required

Tested scenarios are as follows
1.Checked whether values are getting inserted properly in tables
2.Made employee eligible to single plan & Waived the plan and don't select on the template
3.Made employee eligible to single plan & Waived the plan and select on the template
4.Made employee eligible for more than one plan & Waived the plan and don't select on the template
5.Made employee eligible for more than one plan & Waivde the plan and select on the template.
6.Checked whether enrolled employee is coming on the file
8.Checked whether waived employees are coming on file properly.
9.Checked by waiving other benefit and check rest of the things are working properly.
