i tried to break up the reports by just pulling the smallest class that just have 1 employee (Class 1 Riverbanks) and i still get a server error. please advise.

We have run "1095C" report.It contains 18737 employees. So it requires time to write the PDF's.

Please go to Elite Staffing-> BenAdmin-> ACA-> IRS Report-> Click on 1095C report-> Click on Show Runs-> Click on icon under Download Zip File.

Zip file will start downloading.

You can download Analysis report from the same path, for quick review of codes,covered individuals and code analytics.

i was able to pull the forms, thank you! i am unable to pull the Analysis Report into excel to send to client. The report is too large to export into excel. can development help pull this so i can send to the client?

I am getting a server error when downloading to Excel the employee census report in Standard Reports. Also, the data has been loaded and the number of records in the search window vs. the number of records in the census report are different. Can you please check. The records are ready to pull for the 1095C reports.

All can you revisit the # of forms? There are over 45,000 records in WORKTERRA that have a waive or a Medical enrollment and over 70,000 records in WORKTERRA. The # of forms sounds extremely low.

Are we missing 5 and 6? i looked at the FTP site in see only 1-4.

I see there are 8 total reports set in the ACA reporting section. I see total population in WORKTERRA is 70,815

The client is expecting to receive a much higher count then what was provided.

Please confirm that all reports (forms) that were generated were posted.

Mahendra Mungase do we have an update on the missing forms? please see last comment from yesterday.

Mahendra Mungase - who added the EIN numbers on the employee demographics? These are incorrect EIN numbers and i see they look like they match to the additional eligibility in the IRS reports so i am assuming development added them from the back end to help split out the reports. Please confirm that development was the one that added the EIN numbers to the employee record. Also why do some employees have a blank EIN number on their demographics. If an EIN number was assigned by development why wouldn't everyone get an EIN number?

I am asking about the EIN numbers since when i try to see what group of employees are missing forms i first checked an inactive employee Madelyn Aalund and they have an EIN number of 211111114 i don't see 211111114 in any of the IRS report additional eligibility.

Please provide feedback ASAP. we need to get the forms over to the client, along with the reports for review and approval.

As data is huge, so we have divided employee using dummy EIN.
For 1095C we used only one EIN - 36413788 and run 1095C.
The purpose of shared 1095C is to verify Line 14 and 16 code against employee.

As per your last comment in JIRA, client need consolidated forms for 1095C. We would like to highlight one point here - before going to finalize, we have to re run 1095C against Elite Staffing EIN - 364137884 and Elite Logistic EIN - 272438252 that need 2 days. We will share consolidated on 02/24 EOD.
