Please Refer following 3C's:

Concern : Server Error on Employee Payroll and Education Information Page for on-board Tour.
Cause : Rate name : Medical Age Based.
NULL record is present for Monthly hour for following subrates .

1. EE & SP G65
2. EE & SP L65
3. EE G65 SP L65
4. EE L65 SP G65
5. EE & SP G65 - RX
6. EE & SP L65 - RX
7. EE G65 SP L65 - RX
8. EE L65 SP G65 - RX

this because Default constraint for ' Monthly hour' column table name :ratesmatrics is not present for this company.
I also found GenericEligibilityRules id is also not maaped for above mention subrates.

Correction : Data correction is Done.I update 'Monthy Hour' with 0 and 'All Status Rule' is mapped to all subrate mentioned above.

Most of reported Issues have been fixed.

Open issues :

1) Threat message on Employment management page-- Invalid message--tried with XLS and CSV-what's the correct format
2) Server error Issue on Child add page was still there. AS of now we removed next pages to remove error.

Rest things looks fine. We have tested EE workflow, random Reports, traverse links etc
