Cause: The employee Janice Johnson (EEID 13307) enrolled in EPO1 Plan and on 11/17/2016 export this employee exported on file because of overage dependent event ideally this should not be export because Cailynn Shields was not enrolled into medical EPO1 Plan. Please find snap.

Correction: We will update you corrective action soon.

Hi Amber,

Employee waived medical in 2016,

But employee enrolled into EPO1 Plan for 2017,

We believe, employee was not supposed to enroll into Medical for 2017 so then Connie Haynes terminated medical enrollment

Here, termination date was set as 01/31/2017, so employee was enrolled for one month, due to which he became cobra eligible.

Only problem happened is, on file it went with code for overage dependent which is wrong and we are working for fixing it.
We will update you once fix is done. Let us know if you have any questions on this.
