Hello,
HR Simplified confirmed that a notification to send a COBRA packet was sent for overage dependent Cailynn Shields. This is a dependent of Hospital Business Services employee Janice Johnson (EEID 13307). The overage dependent turned 26 in October of 2016, and is showing on the HR Simplified file as being eligible for the EPO Medical Plan. The employee is not enrolled in any medical plans - she has the Waive Opt Out Medical Plan.
Please research why this record transmitted over to HR Simplified.
