      Description

      Company - ACAAutomation

      Step To Repro -
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to BenAdmin > ACA > ACA Customization
      3.ACA 1095C Class Wise Rate Configuration
      4.Add class wise rate
      5.Create 95C
      6.Now navigate to ACA 1095C Class Wise Rate Configuration
      7.Select same rule and click on Delete

      Actual- Application allow to delete

      Expected - Application should not allow to delete the records.
