Step To Repro -

1.Login to application
2.Add EE +CH
3.Eligible for medical plan - WT_4579
4.Create dep. code correction file having single row with Month Index - 12
5.Now import dependent code correction file using import functionality
5.Now run 1095C with "Apply User Correction" - Yes
6.It display Dec check box check in 95C
7.Add another row with dep. code correction file - Month Index - 03
8.That means this dep correction file has two row
9.Import same file using import functionality
10.Re run same 95C

Actual - It did not marked the March month

Expected - It should picked up the latest record
