Pre-requisite -
1.Add Employee SSN - 300000174
2.Add child – SSN – 300000191
3.ACA Plan should be self insured
4.Create file with Month value = “2” and other valid value for other fields
5.Import Template - ACA Correction 1095 C Part III EmpID Dependent

Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Navigate to Import/Export > Manual Import/Export > Select Import radio button.
3.Select template from drop down and browse file.
4.Click on Import

Actual - Application imported file successfully

Expected - It should mark bad file
