Concern: Format Paycheck:showing validation message when adding line item name
Cause: special characters not allowed
Correction: java script Validation for item name.

1) line item name is Character+Numbers+Special symbols except ' ; - XP_
2) Line Item list Only one Deposit Summary is allowed to add.
