I'm pulling the file from the City of Bellevue BenAdmin Company Home. Under the arrow icons, View exported files.

Rakesh Shahane We are not able to download a file from View Exported File section.

Template name is: Supp Life & AD&D Payroll Changes
Company: City of Bellevue

please check ASAP.

I have checked for the above issue, and found that file name contains special character &
which has different meaning in web URL due to this you were not able to download file.

As of now i have changed the file name as COB_Supp Life_AD_D_Changes_Date(mmddyyyy) for template Supp Life & AD&D Payroll Changes on main company now you can download that file from view Exported.

Also I have created separate JIRA WT-6821 to avoid this in future.

Please let us know if you required more details on this.

Please do not change the filename. It is setup by the client and we cannot change it without informing them.

I have checked for the above issue, and found that file name contains special character & in following url which has different meaning in web URL due to this you were not able to download file.
(/Platform/Customization/Customization/DownloadFile?fileName=COB_Supp Life & AD&D_Changes_120120160708_35441348192.xls&CompanyID=12269)

As of now we have just remove special character & from file name, (COB_Supp Life_AD_D_Changes_120120160708_35441348192.xls) on template delivery page for template Supp Life & AD&D Payroll Changes because & is parameter separator in URL.Here onward the file will export without & character(Please convey this to client).

Regrading code fix we have created separate JIRA WT-6821 to restrict &*in file name.We will also consider this for existing template which having the file name with *& character.
