      Description

      Hello Dev,

      Can you please load the elections from the attached spreadsheet? Five Guys previously used an affidavit to determine the smoker vs. non smoker rates however, for 2017 the affidavit was replaced by a UDF on the Demographics page. The elections for these EEs were not updated with a rate. We need to get them loaded again and ensure the rates are reflected. Please let me know if you have any questions.

          Hello Dev,

          We also found EEs that did not receive a rate based on the Tobacco question not being answered. The AE has informed me that the EEs that did not answer should be loaded with a "NO". Can you also please load these elections to the "Non-Smoker" plan?
