Please add the dental and vision rates we pay to the carriers in the billed rate on the rate page in WT.
The Dental Rate is a flat rate of $7.00 and the Vision Rate is Tiered and you should have those already.

The dental plan is updated by billing and rates will not by in WT
Vision will be sent to DV (reporting issues) rate is in WT but not rates in report

We checked this, billing report is showing blank amounts since the implementation of the report is done that way. Enrollment report shows the values correctly. Thanks.
