JP - I recalced and it looks like the rates are showing - Im thinking b/c it was a weird mid date, it was missed during OE - All set!

Deana - can you please re-run it and see if its working?

Jennifer Johnson I don't know what was done to fix this - Deana mentioned this is incorrect still. Can you meet with me to show me what you did to update the rates? Perhaps it is just a recalc?

Jennifer Johnson Hey jenni i ran a report, there are 20/48 people that still show as blanks. However, i initiate the qualifying event for 7/1/2015 the old rate comes up, and then when i initiate the QE for 12/1/2016 the new rate comes up successfully.

It seems like the recalc did not originally work.

I've attached the people that are affected.

Jennifer Johnson Hey Jenni, I was checking the list, and there are people that still need to be recalced to updated the rate so there is no zero for vision:

In reviewing this ticket I see that the Dental Plan was not Mapped. Vision is a reporting issue that I will advise DEV. And one EE needs updating. (see attached)

We checked this, billing report is showing blank amounts since the implementation of the report is done that way. Enrollment report shows the values correctly. Thanks.
