There are total 10 admin users created on LONG stage company.
8 out of 10 admin has "Company Admin HCM (BenAdmin)" policy assigned to them, remaining 2 has "Default Company Admin policy".

So can you please let us know for which company admin users you need "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" policy.

NOTE - "Company Admin HCM (BenAdmin)" policy has access rights of 3 modules (Recruit, BenAdmin and OnBoard), but "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" policy has access rights of only Benadmin and Onboard modules. so if we change these admins users acces policy to "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" then admin will not have access of recruit module.

As both ("Company Admin HCM (BenAdmin)" and "Company Admin Onboard + Benadmin" ) polices has access of onboard module so company admin users from both policies are able to see tour preview page.

Hello Sachin Hingole,

Currently, most all Admin users for this group will be utilizing the HCM access. However, we just needed to be sure that the tour preview will be available to any users with the Onboard+BenAdmin access as well.

Hi Veronica Blanco,

We have Changed policy from "Default Company Administrator Policy" to "Company Admin OnBoard + BenAdmin" for below two company Admin. These admins will get tour preview access to.

Request you to verify and confirm.

Below company admin has "Company Admin HCM (BenAdmin)" policy so we have not changed their user access policy, as these admins already are having tour preivew access.
