      Description

      When trying to preview a form in Form Builder, it results in an error. Affects both WT and Client Admin.

          Hi Swapnil Pandhare,

          When accessing form builder in the Onboard module, "Design Form Layout" preview and now clicking save, results in Error.

          From Onboard module:
          Select form builder
          Select any form
          Select Design Form Layout
          Select preview at the bottom on page - Results in an error (no form preview shown)
          or
          Save, results in error.

          We have fixed this.
          Concern: Server error on form preview.
          Cause: One field was not saved properly on one of additional form.
          Correction : We have updated the form which was throwing error. Issue is resolved now.
