New Hire Rule - WT-7416 New Hire
Step To Repro -
1.Login to application
2.Add new employee
3.Create new hire rule
4.Create 1095C
Actual - Application pull safe harbor code from ACA Customization.
Expected - It should give priority to New Hire rule

Hi Mahendra Mungase,
There are multiple customization issues in this scenario.
1. Only new hire rule is created.No standard rule present for this new hire.
2. Measurement interval and stability interval are different.
3. In the new hire rule,safe harbor is set as W2 and on plan level also it is set as W2. This may create a confusion.
Please ensure that both new hire and standard rule are set to same eligibility rule.
You need to save measurement and stability rule every-time if you are adding new employees after creation of measurement and stability rule

After discussion on this issue, we done the suggested customization and observed that it's working as expected.Hence closing the same.
