We are going to merge all the split runs data into another run of a New 1095C Report from backend and then create a 1094C for that particular 1095C,

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

On HSPL company, we have merged all the 1095C reports under one 1095C report run,
created one 1094C report for that merged 1095C and processed IRS XML submission of that 1094C.
We have found some 1095C discrepany report and Manifest discrepany report which is causing the file to be invalid.
Refer - DiscrepanyReport - EliteStaffing.xls
Please correct those discrepancies on main as we have to re-run the reports again and it requires time.

Also we have found that about 698 more employees have been added to the system. Out of that 86 employees have employment date year less than or equal to 2016. Please let us know if those employees 1095C need to be furnised or not. Refer- Newly added employees - EliteStaffing.xls

Hi Kumar - the client has confirmed the 86 employees should be part of the run. All of the issues on the discrepancy have been fixed aside from the name being too long. Please correct that on the file as you all have done with the ASML file that had the same issue.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Need your approval to truncate the Length of First Name,Last Name and Address which is greater than the specified length.
Ex - say if the First Name length of an employee is = 25 then we will truncate last characters to minimize its length to 20 and same for others. This will only if affected on the file and not into the workterra system.

Also, Please resolve the discrepancy for employees who has State as blank. Please update the state value of employees mentioned under DiscrepanyReport - EliteStaffing.xls

We are progress of furnishing 1095c the newly added employees, will let u know once done.

Hi all - please go ahead and truncate any names that need be. The client has made the other changes except for the one non US address. Please delete that employee from the file (OLGA MATWIJENKO).

We have made the changes to truncate below values and is now applicable for all companies for whom we are going to run IRS Submission -

#First Name - Max length 20
#Middle Initial - Max length 20
#Last Name - Max length 20
#City Name - Max length 22
#Address - Max length 35

We are in-progress for generating the 1094C and XML for all the employees and will take around 2 days to complete. Please let us know if both Staffing and Logistics are under aggregated ALE group?

The newly added employees 1095C is furnished and about 40 employees 1095C have been generated out of 1427(latest count). The other employees pdf's are not generated because theie Effective date is in year 2017. We have uploaded the 40 employees 1095C and Consolidated to the FTP server under \Elite Staffing\03-14-2017
Please note this was the last EE count that we have furnished

Please update the City field under Company Contact Information, if not updated will also cause the file to be generated as Invalid.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

The 40 employees that we have furnished are being merged into report 1095C Fifiteen. In-case if you need their 1095C, you can download it from the latest run.
We have created two reports -
1) 1094C Elite Logistic
2) 1094C Elite Staffing
and run them. Please find their latest run, verify the reports and let us know ASAP if they are ready to go for IRS Submission or any change is needed as we would need some time to furnish their XML.

1) IRS Submission Elite Staffing
2) IRS Submission Elite Logistics

We have run IRS Submission for both and valid files are generated. Please refer their latest runs to download the files.

Hi all - I tried to run the corrections for the Logistics group and when I choose corrected, there is nothing in the drop-down under the IRS Submission Details.

Hi all - additionally, we have the go ahead to run the corrections for the Staffing group. I'm not sure how to do this since we have multiple files so please let me know when I can download the XML corrections for both Staffing and Logistics.

The 1095-C report for Elite logistics is - 1095C First , we have re-run 1095C & 1094C report for correction records. The corrected XML submission is now available for download for Elite Logistics. Please refer latest run.

NOTE - We are in-process of generating the Correction file for Elite Staffing and will get back to you by tomorrow EOD.

Also please let us know if you have corrected the records in the system as many records are of TIN validation error ( Refer analysis report for the same in error description column you can see "Form 1095C 'OtherCompletePersonName' and 'SSN' in 'EmployeeInfoGrp' must match IRS database"). If those records are not been corrected and the correction file submitted to IRS, then that file will also not be accepted by IRS.
