We observed that for class wise rules, that are present in last year and company info is updating in next year. in this case opening and closing date updating null

Observed issue in following case
Company Name on LB : Town of Carry
1) Apply Classwise Open Enrollment Rules is YES and Enrollment Opening Date and Closing Date fields are blank
2) 6 rules were present which has 2016 OE Dates
3) Clicked on Update Button on Company info .
Result: Dates are not getting displayed on company info page
Dates are blank in following scenarios also
1) Edited one of the rules for 2016 dates and updated company info.
2) Apply Classwise Open Enrollment Rules is NO , changed to YES > classwise rules added for 2016 (Not a valid scenario but still it should not show blank dates)
Can you please check this and update accordingly
