Observed issue in following case

Company Name on LB : Town of Carry

1) Apply Classwise Open Enrollment Rules is YES and Enrollment Opening Date and Closing Date fields are blank
2) 6 rules were present which has 2016 OE Dates
3) Clicked on Update Button on Company info .

Result: Dates are not getting displayed on company info page

Dates are blank in following scenarios also

1) Edited one of the rules for 2016 dates and updated company info.
2) Apply Classwise Open Enrollment Rules is NO , changed to YES > classwise rules added for 2016 (Not a valid scenario but still it should not show blank dates)

Can you please check this and update accordingly

We have revised logic for above said issue. please check all scenarios related to class wise OE.

Hi Rajendra Pawar,

Observed an issue on Town of Cary company on LB as below.

1) After this fix clicked on update on Company Information page so dates of 2016 are populated correctly
2) Deleted all 2016 classwise rules
3) Added a new rule of 2017 . (Start Date:01/01/2017 and END Date 2/21/2017)
4) Clicked on update on company information page

Actual Result : Enrollment Opening Date is still showing 2016 date (i.e 09/30/2016) even after deleting all 2016 dates

Note: Enrollment Closing Date is populated properly

2) Set Enrollment Opening Date(for eg- 02/21/2017) and Closing Date (for eg- 02/27/2017) in one rule from Classwise Open Enrollment Effective Date Rules
3) Clicked on Update Button.
4) Check for enrollment opening date and enrollment closing Date.
5)Set Enrollment Opening Date(for eg- 03/21/2017) and Closing Date (for eg- 03/27/2017) in that rule from Classwise Open Enrollment
6) Check for enrollment opening date and enrollment closing Date.

Result: Dates are not getting reflecting on company info page as expected

Can you please check this and update accordingly

Please check this fix on LB after tomorrow's LB patch in the morning

testing is in progress with Classwise and Normal OE scenarios . Will complete this tomorrow

Below are the 3C;s.

Concern : Failed for above scenario.

Cause : This scenario was not considered. But we have now revamped logic for updating dates. with all possible combinations.

Correction : We have modified logic for this with all possible scenarios. and this will not impact any where.

Verified this fix on LB on Town of Cary Company for below scenarios along with above mentioned fixes

• Checked for the company having classwise OE rules of 2016
• Added 3 or more classwise rules and verifeid the dates on Company Information
• Verified by swithcing to Normal OE and vice versa and checking on company information page
• Verified overlapping Class wise OE rules and checked dates on company information
• Verified Add/Edit/Delete Class wise Rules and checked dates on company information

Note: Also verified by deleting all classwise rules and changing to Normal OE mode and verifing the dates on company information page (when Normal OE is changed again to classwise OE)and confirmed with the dev team that if there are no rules added then dates will be picked from latest history

Scenarios are working properly . Ready for stage

Verified the fix on company (Softchoice for HSPL )which has classwise OE Yes and had 2016 OE dates. along with above scenarios

Fix is working as expected . Ready for Production

Verified this fix on Production on softchoice for HSPL company .

Scenarios are working fine and as expected
