Verified this issue on LB on caiso.
We have encountered an issue.
In DTS beneficiary old plan design identifier, Meta data fields are updating as per old plan design identifier but map data fields are not updating.
Please refer attached screen shot.
Hence as discussed with Rashmita Dudhe and Jaideep Vinchurkar Re-opening this jira.

Hi Ankur Deshpande,

As per discussion with Suraj Sokasane, DTS issue is not getting reproduced on LB.
And In Beneficiary imports, not importing data, file goes to bad showing error message as "Plan design does not exists" even though old plan design name is correct.
Hence as discussed with Suraj Sokasane reopening on LB.

Tested this on LB on Caiso
DTS is getting added properly, we have unmap plan design identifier, save and then mapped now its working fine.
And beneficiary import is also done successfully.
Hence updating item state as Ready for stage.
