      Description

      Hi all -

      We have a client where we finalized the forms and their employees are going into WORKTERRA to download their forms.

      Question is - they are having employees come back with changes that are needed on the forms. Obviously we know how to make the changes but how do we then just re-finalize those forms?

      Do we have to re-run and refinalize the whole batch?

      If we do, what happens to those that already acknowledged and downloaded their forms? Does that data get erased?

      Please advise as soon as possible.

          Hi Jennifer,

          As employees are coming with correction, once we complete the corrections.
          We need to Rerun the reports and re finalize the latest RUN. So all forms data will be available for employees.

          As we are changing finalized run, last finalized RUN's acknowledgement related data can not be accessible to Admin people
