Hi all -

We have a client where we finalized the forms and their employees are going into WORKTERRA to download their forms.

Question is - they are having employees come back with changes that are needed on the forms. Obviously we know how to make the changes but how do we then just re-finalize those forms?

Do we have to re-run and refinalize the whole batch?

If we do, what happens to those that already acknowledged and downloaded their forms? Does that data get erased?

Please advise as soon as possible.
