Step-
1.Login to application
2.Add new employee
3.Employee should get open enrollment mode
4.In open enrollment he waived medical coverage with effective date - 01/01/2017
5.Same employee raise Qualifying Event (02/06/2017) and enrolled into medical plan with effective date 01/01/2017.
6.Export file (Metso ADP - ACA Employee)

Actual - Application exported waived record on file

Expected - It should export latest enrollment record on file
