We have observed that class 2 of the employees is changed to 'Virgin River' and 'Oasis Rec' from Casa Blanca due to Scheduled Import.
As employees were previously in Casa Blanca, those employees are reflecting on 1095-C report.
Workterra system displays Current classes of employee on a data analysis report.

Mesquite gaming company has 3 different EINs.

As per our observation some of the employees from "irs 1095C-Doc 3.1.17.xls" are also in "WORKTERRA IRS 1095c Code correction Specifications (002).xls".
Its is difficult for us to find out exact EIN's for such employees.

It will be very helpful if we get EIN column updated in correction sheets.
Please update all correction sheets with respective EINs.

We have imported newly added code corrections. Some of the employees was not having EIN's.
We have updated EIN's for below mentioned employees as per our understanding.Please go through it once and review it.

PFA zip folder [Final code correction and imp info.zip] in which we have updated EIN's for employees[Marked in blue] files & "Discrepancies and Imp information" file.Similarly attaching a bad files for imported files.

Hi all - having an issue consolidated the forms for Mesquite. When we download Casa Blanca - it is only give me Merged Report 4, not 1-3. Please look into this and advise. Thanks.

Now 4 Merged PDF files are generated for 1167 employees.

Hi all - the XML file for Casa Blanca is creating a blank error file. Please look into this. Why does this keep happening? If the error file is blank in the future, can we just submit the file as is?

There was a ~ in database for few employees hence Error report was blank.
Currently we have corrected those records, rerun 1094/95 records and submission.
Valid file is generated for IRS submission. PFA sceen shot.

We are working on root cause analysis.

Hi all - I need to change the name on the Virginia River XML file to C&HRV LLC as it rejected as C AND HRV LLC.

Manually modified Businessname using escaped character & generated the replacement file.
Let us know the status after submitting this transmission file. If it success we will implement this change for future year.

Same issue with the corrections filing for Casa Blanca as we are having on the other clients -

Issue WT-9019 is fixed and deployed on production.
We have Rerun 1094-95 C reports for Casa Blanca.
Now only corrected records are reflected on 1095-C report.
We have Rerun the IRS submission also.

In case of Oasis IRS submission, after verifying there is only 1094-C related error.
Please correct 1094-C and Rerun IRS submission.
