• GI is set over OE and NH mode (not QE) for say STD plan
• employee logged in (old hire)
• he is not having any enrollment mode active
• he raised a QE called marriage and started with his exchange enrollment flow - recommend plans / select your plans flow
  * when he arrived on the Recommend Plan screens - system showed him the warning message with STD plan of Approved Coverage - which is wrong (as there is no GI set for QE)
  * when employee checked out the changes and went on the enroll now menu - still the election were under the pending tag - whereas there are no pending election requests in Pending EOI menu\
